Peer Mediation
Peer Mediators are a well trained group of children who help solve problems to children who need it. If a child has had an argument or a friendship problem, they will go to the Peer Mediators and they will try and help solve their problem. All of the mediators wear a flat cap which says "Mediator", enabling any child who needs to help to easily identify them.
