What is a courageous advocate?

A courageous advocate is someone who champions a cause which is special and meaningful to them.

‘What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God’ Micah 6:8

At Deanery, our children are encouraged to stand up for what they believe in and advocate for causes that they are passionate about.

Each term, we support 3 charities, chosen by the children.  All children in school are invited to work for a greater good by collecting behaviour tokens and chossing which charity to support. 

 

We also take part in a range of other activities to help others.
